It helps with renewing your energy by promoting relaxation, balancing energy centers "chakras", and supporting the body's natural healing abilities. It clears blockages, enhances energy flow, and rejuvenates the mind, body, and spirit. Sound healing frequencies pay an incredible role in our recovery process from stress. Certain instruments, like the gong, are able to help us return to a parasympathetic state. In other words, we’ll feel really calm and relaxed. In this state, we can return to a state of inner & outer harmony. We’ll feel better (and more like ourselves!) Crystals & stones each have a particular frequency and unique properties. They can help the mind and body relax, open awareness to possibility, boost intuition & spiritual insight, and realign our energy field. I intuitively select crystals to support your unique healing experience. Each session is unique & offers deep insights. Packages are available to book and save. I recommend a series of 3 sessions if you're a new client. Monthly sessions are most popular for a consistent energetic reset. For those in need, I offer scholarship rates.
