Service Description
(SKILL BASED) Life & Sensitivity Coaching offers a safe space to grow more confident in yourself and lead a meaningful life. Receive counsel and learn how to care for your sensitivities through meditation, movement, breath work and sound healing. Sessions invite a sense of optimism, mindful curiosity, and a sense of humor and draw upon my intuitive gifts & 15+ years working with individuals and small groups. I have particular focus on supporting individuals living with neurodivergence, highly sensitive (HSP), anxiety, self-esteem building, and inner bonding with inner child. I offer sessions on FaceTime & Zoom, and on Mondays at my office in Austin, TX. Please note I travel seasonally to Boston and accept clients globally. For those in need, I do offer flexible rates. Please inquire before we meet.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that I have a 24hr cancellation policy and kindly ask you to notify me ASAP if you wish to reschedule or cancel. You will be charged half of your session for reschedules, cancellations or no-shows under 24 hours.
