Rooted + Rising

Adolescence is loud, fast and pressure-filled. This group offers something different: a steady, relational space where teen grils can slow down, feel seen, and grow.

Over 8 weeks, participants will:

Strengthen identity beyond performance and social media

Build healthy friendship and communication skills

Develop tools for managing anxiety, shame and overwhelm

Practice boundaries, consent and self-advocacy
